![]() I'm guessing it is required for both of the mods you have listed, though I've not installed either of them so I don't know for sure. Otherwise, custom sides tend to get added to the game's side folder:Īnd if these are missing the mod maps will either crash or load but without any sides, making them unplayable.Ī thing to make sure of, though, aside from that, is that the unofficial 1.3 patch is still properly installed. ![]() This is more than just a lighting mod - this is my love letter to the Battlefront community. That said, IF the mod you installed ONLY creates a folder in the addon folder, that's all there is to it, and to uninstall it, simply delete that folder. This mod completely remasters the visuals/graphics of Star Wars Battlefront II for an improved, high-quality look. I'm a SWBF2 modder, and I tend to be annoyed by mods that come with installers, since it's harder to tell where everything is going and if anything is getting replaced. Most mod maps are self contained and make no alteration to the game's original files, but a lot of the larger mods with side mods will replace the original side files (though some just create alternative ones instead).but the readme file should let you know that sort of thing. The 2017 game has seen a lot of ups and downs from its multiple changes since its release. ![]() ![]() When it comes to mods, make sure to read all of the installation notes provided in the readme file. ![]()
